Health Tip 5- Water your Body

Water plays an important role in our body’s balance, growth, and development. 75% of our body is made up of water, which in itself predicts that we need more water than food.

6 to 8 glasses of water a day keeps you hydrated and clears out toxins from the body. It is a good idea to have a bottle of water handy on your desk or anywhere you travel, and drink some water every hour or walk to the water cooler to fetch a glassful of water- the best way to take a break, relax and do some exercise as well.
