We all are in hurry these days. Its difficult for most of us to have a full-fledged breakfast. Due to lack of time, the first meal of the day is not taken very seriously by many people. Well, if we stick by a thumb rule of having a proper breakfast or something nutritious in the morning, then we are definitely going to add a few more years to our life (and who doesn’t want that right?!)
One of my favourite go-to breakfast is scrambled eggs with toasted/ grilled bread along with some juice. It’s quick, tasty, filling and surely protein packed.
