let's prepare it with a little twist in the usual taste. It is also known as lady's finger or okra and is prepared in amazingly different ways in every household around the world. everyone try bhindi with various spices depending on the region and personal taste choices. I am always open to trying new versions of every vegetable.. this time I have tried making bhindi/ okra/ lady's finger in the curd/ yoghurt.
Tip:- Do not cover while cooking, it will make your okra sticky!
